This adaptive reuse project transformed South Bend’s 25-story Chase Tower into a 183-room Aloft Hotel. Following Aloft brand standards, I designed a comprehensive space plan and décor package for the outdoor space, bar, lobby, event spaces, indoor pool, and guest rooms.
